What is it?

Profhilo® is a special hyaluronic filler designed to rejuvenate the skin and improve the tightness of loose skin. Profhilo deeply hydrates the skin and improves its quality. The best thing about this product is that it gives only natural results. Profhilo cannot be used to inflate the face and create a contrived look in the long term. It is an ultra-pure hyaluronic acid that is not kneaded, but is made with special NAHYCO® technology with the highest concentration of hyaluronic acid on the market. Hyaluronic acid is formulated to stimulate fibroblasts in the skin after application, thus stimulating them to produce more collagen and elastin.

The product is extremely safe and suitable for all skin types, for men and women of all ages, especially from 25 to 65 years of age. It can be used anywhere on the body, most commonly on the face, neck, décolleté, back of the arms, abdomen, above the knees and buttocks.

About the procedure

Profhilo® is injected into predetermined points in the skin with a very fine needle. It is applied to the back of the hands with a cannula. The procedure is minimally painful and the puncture is effectively soothed with ice. The whole treatment takes 30 minutes. There is no special preparation before the treatment, but after the treatment we advise you to avoid intense sun exposure for 3 days. As with any needling method, it is possible that small bruising may occur, but this always disappears within a few days.

A skin papule is formed at the injection site, which disappears within 24 to 48 hours (depending on the thickness of the skin). Profhilo® is distributed and spread over the deeper layers of the skin, no further massage is required.

After the first application, we recommend a 2nd repeat in one month. The results develop gradually, the skin is more hydrated after a few days and the skin tension improves 3-6 weeks after the treatment. The results last 6-12 months.
